Who Can file A Trademark Application
Any individual or registered firm in India can apply for a trademark.
The trademark can be applied for a brand already in use; or proposed to be used.
The validity of a trademark is 10 years. And the the same can be renewed for a futher period of 10 years, on the payment of the prescribed fee.
